Our Story
Owen and Elbert started out of a need in the community to offer affordable development and to make development available to anyone that owns a suitable property, regardless of their financial position.
We understand requirements
Owen & Elbert have the runs on the board:
- Knowledge of council zoning, feasibilities & possibilities with any given parcel of land.
- Negotiation with Council.
- Submitting the application.
- Design of the subdivision or buildings.
- Implementation of the subdivision including construction of roads and installing services such as sewer, water, storm water, power and telecommunication.
- Finding buyers through our data base of investors.
What We offer
Our system offers our clients a simple, efficient method of developing their property where we do all the concept and design work, negotiate and deal with council, implement the development and find the buyers.
We not only do all the work – We pay for it too. Our clients do not have to put their hand in their pocket throughout the process – Just cash the check at the conclusion of our *option agreement.

will be time specific. You will be paid on time.

Your subdivision will be completed on time.
You will be paid in full at the conclusion of our *option agreement.
*Option Agreement: It’s a contract where a landowner grants a property developer the exclusive right to purchase their land at an agreed price. A non-refundable deposit is typically paid to the landowner for this option agreement. No one else can buy or sell the property. In the instance the property developer chooses not to purchase the property at the end of the contract, the Landowner has the right to retain all the development achieved and invested on his asset free of charges.

Andrew’s experience encompasses a large scope of expertise, from working in the Lands Titles office in 1979, surveying, working on countless private subdivisions and road projects since then. Andrew oversees the general outcome of each project.
